Evidence-based green-card analysis, priced for self-petitioners

GreenwayAI helps people pursuing U.S. employment-based green cards and visas — NIW, EB-1A, and O-1A — understand and draft their own petitions, using patterns from 6,362 real USCIS Administrative Appeals Office decisions.

Why we exist

Most “AI immigration” tools are sold to law firms or charge anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand dollars per petition. A qualified self-petitioner who simply wants to understand whether their case is viable — and produce a strong first draft — is left choosing between an expensive attorney consult and a blank page.

We built GreenwayAI to sit in the gap: a free aggregate analytics dashboard, a $10 personalized case review, and a from $99 section-by-section petition builder. The goal is to make the evidence that decides these cases legible to the person whose case it is.

What we do

  • Free analytics dashboard. Aggregate AAO approval, denial, and remand patterns by profession and service center, drawn from the 6,362-decision corpus. See it at /analysis.
  • AI Case Review ($10). A candid, prong-by-prong read of your profile against the Matter of Dhanasar framework, plus five real AAO cases similar to yours and an evidence-gap list.
  • Petition Builder (from $99). A full NIW / EB-1A / O-1A petition letter drafted section by section, grounded in the recurring evidence patterns of approved cases in your field and in your own scholarly record where applicable.

What we do not claim

Immigration decisions are high-stakes, and we hold ourselves to a strict honesty standard. We deliberately do not:

  • Publish a single “accuracy percentage” — outcome prediction depends on factors a model cannot see.
  • Display fabricated reviews or ratings of any kind.
  • Claim “real-time policy updates” or any freshness guarantee we cannot verify.
  • Provide legal advice. GreenwayAI is a data and document-generation platform, not a law firm.

Every number on the site traces back to either the AAO corpus or our published configuration. The full data-handling disclosure lives on the methodology page.

Who we are

GreenwayAI is an independent software product, not a law firm and not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency. The decisions in our corpus are public, redacted documents; we have no non-public USCIS data. For questions, corrections, or support, email support@greenwayai.net.
